This set of knives has a blade for what ever your need is, slicing, dicing chopping and a serrated blade too. Sharpe right out of the box!
They are in five different colors but that is a plus because it is easy to tell which knife is for which food. When they arrived I just washed them and went straight to using them. I also like that they come with matching covers. It makes them easy to travel with and keeps them protected so I can store them in a drawer instead of a knife block.
